If you're a real man, take your skinny runner @ss and punch him out.

How do you handle it? You pay attention to yourself.

You're both a bit off for believing in fairy tales, so the fact that he wears the jacket is par for the course, really.

This, actually. Evidently neither one of you is particularly concerned with that lame-o "evidence" and "reality" stuff.

Everybody is a fool for something. Whose fool are you?
Do they sell the jackets in halves?
Ironman is a brand, not a race distance.
Ironman is a branding by the company World Triathalon Company. So any event sponsored by them is an Iron event. So if he did a half triathalon put on as an Ironman event...he is an Ironman.
Most people are uneducated on this and the fact that you can do a full triathlon by not be an “Ironman” just because it wasn’t a WTC owned event. An Ironman is just a triathlon put on by a specific company that markets the sh@t out of it self.

The idea that belief in God is similar to belief in a flying spaghetti monster is underwhelming, if not foolish.
Ummm...if you did a 70.3 ironman branded event, you most certainly are NOT an Ironman. You are a half ironman. You ain't sh*t. Are you a marathoner if you run a 13.1?
Ironman is a brand. Not a distance. It’s just like saying “I drank a Coke.” and you saying “That was a 6oz Coke not a 12oz coke so no you didn’t drink coke.”
We've already tried this tact. Those guys don't get that.
I like the wear my Boston Marathon jacket that I bought for 5 bucks at a second hand store. Because you can wear one if you want to even if you never ran the race.
I wear my Wildflower [70.3] hoodie everywhere. That course is a motherf*cker
Does he have an M-Dot Tatoo too?
Tell him he is probably a one and done.
Tell him you stalked him on athlinks, he was BOMOP (Back of middle of pack) and you know it.

I have one that I bought at TJ Maxx for about $16 from 2013 (I think). I absolutely love wearing it EVERYWHERE. My dad died. Wore the Boston Jacket to the funeral. Grocery Store? Boston jacket. Running in the summer time heat and humidity? Gotta wear the Boston Jacket. Important business meeting at work? Oh you know it....Boston Jacket!
Love it when I come across a fellow Boston jacket wearer and they ask what year I ran it or how I liked it...This is how the most recent one went (2 weeks ago):
Me: "I didn't run it"
Other person: "But you're wearing the jacket"
Me: "Yeah, and?.."
Other person: "Man, that's disrespecting the race and the jacket. People earned the right to wear that jacket"
Me: "Well, to be fair, I did earn the right to wear the jacket, too"
Other person: "But you didn't run the race" (clearly getting agitated with me)
Me: "I did earn it. I earned enough money to buy the jacket to wear it"
Other person: "Wow" (shaking their head in rage)
Me: "It's a nice $16 jacket from TJ Maxx that normally cost what $120. The jacket doesn't have feelings. It will be okay."
