Bdubs - Very strong workouts
Smoove - Another consistent week. Curious why you're doing the faster work later. I would think that half marathon would be like your marathon training where you do the fast work early and transition to more race specific work later.
Ontraio Runner - Good week building things up.
RRR - Congrats on the win
Runn3rgirl - Awesome 5k. You're beating all of us aiming for sub 17 this fall
Laughlin - Good luck on the 10k
OR - Whoooo!!!!!!!!!
Pappy - I like the 100/100, I did a similar thing last week
Coach Jeff - Strong MP run
statfanatic - Don't sweat the sickness. Just get healthy and you'll be right back at it.
dgla - wow, big week
hantph - Have fun with the XC race. It should be a blast
Psychiatrist - welcome to the thread. I work with a surgery resident and I don't know how you manage to run.
Maratlus - Nice work so quick after the marathon
Running4un - Good week with a combination of workouts and volume
carterschade - Welcome to the thread
HHH runner - Those English cross country races sound like a blast. I'm sure you'll be back to feeling like yourself soon
Next Race: Thanskgiving 5k
Ran an XC 5k that I was really happy with last week, but was feeling the effects of racing in spikes on a sore foot this week. Then travelled for work, which I'm hoping helped me heal up a bit. Not a good week of running, but maybe a midseason break can help.

Saturdays workout was on a hotel treadmill early in the morning. After 4 min of jogging I decided the treadmill and I weren't getting along so I hopped into my workout. The treadmill went up to 5 min pace for the 400s but it didn't sound pretty. I was pretty sick of the treadmill at that point so no cool down.
