They sold 100 before Berlin and 100 before NYC so there are some getting made. Pre-NYC they were $600 to invited purchasers. If it's true they're completely customized to the relevant Breaking2 runner (or Kipchoge for the broader release) it seems crazy to run in them but the resale value is even crazier.
Robinson either works for or with Nike in some capacity including in their Black Roses "crew" so I assume gets his shoes for free. He's a really good runner - especially for his age and size. I think he got to go to Monza and run a half after the Breaking2 with Ed Caesar which makes me even more jealous.
