In any case, those circles are rates of positive testing, which has very little correlation with actual doping. The U.S. in reality has more doping than indicated, due to evasion technology, but Kenya and Ethiopia are two of the largest, because of almost complete lack of effective testing.
Yes Russia is a European country you muppet, and Turks are Caucasian, are they not? And lime I said before MOST of the countries implicated in doping are European / Caucasian countries.
I'd sooner believe the well researched investigation by the Independent newspaper than some random guy in the Internet.
