You guys need to read a book titled Manthropology. The author asks how ancient/early humans survived in Africa. His conclusion was that we must have been able to punch harder than elite boxers and modern man is slowly evolving into a couch potato. He also reckons that foot prints of an ancient Australian Aboriginal show him capable of running like 8.9s for 100m in bare feet.
Well...we don't have hunt for our food anymore, and with so much abundance of food, it's no wonder we're evolving into fat couch potatoes. ? And running in itself is a primitive action, the body thinks we are running from danger (fight or flight) or pursuing a meal. Science needs to alter our genes which are still stuck in our primitive instincts. These genes are nothing but trouble for mankind in this period of time. We're are angry a lot of the time, very violent, love to fight, love to kill one another, love to eat, need to have sex, need to excercise, etc. It would be nice to gene alter where we woukd get the benefits of excercise...without having to excercise! Running is so primitive! We're are simply cavemen in modern day clothes! No hope for mankind unless something changes genetically.
