There's no way he makes 6:10 pace look so easy??? (3:50/km = 6:10/mile)

Pros are different, this is easy pace for him. The Gebrselassie treadmill running videos are incredible too.
I can't see any incline on the treadmill, so this maybe plausible.
Anybody know what shoes he has on?
Lewandowski does do 100-120 miles per week.
I have a LifeFitness. If you pause it when it shows the screen, you can see by the red line on the "course" that he likely just started running that pace for that segment.
He was at about 23 minutes and change, so he probably warmed up for 20 minutes, and then started the 3:50 pace segment on the new course.
If you think that is easy running, I don't know what to tell you. I see someone who just started running faster (so not too tired yet) but the pace is obviously unnatural to him. He is not running easy; he is clearly at a pace that isn't natural for him, and will be in over his head in about 5 more minutes at best. I see people who look like this at the gym all the time, and they don't run that speed for long. Not that 3:50/km is very fast for a reasonable runner, but from my estimation his normal easy running pace is likely about 4:45/km.
Come on. You can see the effort he is making when he turns. That's how I look at 6:10 pace about 2 min in.
Then it catches up to you lol
At first, I thought this was about the soccer player. Next time, if you're not talking about the more famous Lewandowski, use a first name in the title. If you haven't seen it, here's a great clip of 5 goals in 9 minutes.
Thought you meant Corey Lewandowski

Do you Americans (and runners) really live in that much of a bubble? Yes, apparently. Robert Lewandowski is the first result in Google and has most of the top results. He's the Big Lewandowski.
Lewandowski is very good, but there are hordes of random nobodys that can relax at 6:10 pace.

This is correct. Any half-decent D1 kid can do that for miles. You all are freaking out over nothing.

You realize that this is a 1:43 & 3:36 guy right?

Next time you're on a running website, expect the name to represent a runner. What kind of dolt expects a soccer post on letsrun?

Hah. There's so much bvllshit non-running stuff on this board. Could you really write that with a straight face?

And really, Robert Lewandowski is one of the biggest stars of the game at this moment. This thread is like somebody making a thread saying "OMG Messi on the treadmill! Unreal!" and then it turns out that Messi is Jimmy Messi, some no name runner from UCLA.

No, it's not like that, because Lewandowski is worlds above being a no name collegian. Any person who has followed men's 800m running with ANY enthusiasm in the past few years has heard of Lewandowski. Some people on this board actually follow track, you know? Go talk about soccer elsewhere.

Looks like Adios Boost 3's to me.

But it looks more padded than the Adios Boosts, but not bulky like the Supernova's etc it is hard to get a slow mo (might be what the Bostons look like, haven't seen them in years). Thanks.

Guy's challenged....
