  - Huge news. You feel like Alberto as he transitions to the marathon would make a lot of sense. But could also make sense to transition as he changes events.
    
    The optimist in me says he really wants to be back home and closer to family more, and good on him for that.
    
    The pessimist in me says things are about to hit the fan.

  - just my opinion. if mo farah is truly clean and knows he is truly clean, there is no reason to leave alberto. you can't get USADA'd by association, only by proof of cheating

  - I'm guessing that the doping sanctions hammer is going to fall soon and he's getting out now.
    
    Anyways, I thought they had unofficially parted ways a couple a years ago and this is the final severance. Like a seperated couple that finally got officially divorced.
