My goal is to get my run 5k run time under 17 minutes and also gain 10 lbs of mass muscle. Right now im 5'11 185lbs and i recently ran a 17:36 5k running 5 days a week averaging 30-35 miles per week and lifting/ hiit everyday. Is it possible to run sub 17 at 195lbs? If so what would you recommend me doing tobget my time down?
