Due to sickness, traveling and work overload, my marathon training has crumbled and the last 6 weeks, my mileages have been (in Kms!)

I have done some quality tempos, but when it comes to long runs, longest I have run during this period was a 30K about 4 weeks ago, with the last 5Km at faster than marathon pace. And I have done maybe 5 runs of around 22Kms during these weeks.
I am a bit annoyed because I am doing the CIM in Sacramento and was planning to shoot for my first sub 3. (my PR is 3:01 from 4 years back, and did 3:03 exactly one year ago).
So any possibility that I can still make great improvement during the next 3-4 weeks? ( I want to taper at least for 2 weeks as I am quite injury prone). Some key workout recommendations (tempos, long runs with some tempo included, etc..) would be awesome!
