Yes. In that situation.
But I don't know of any gym that does not have the same rule. Next time bring a towel.
Where were you in the condo? That sounds insane!
I was in the gym.The condo lady told me the next day that i have been writen up.Dont follow a rule again and i will be told i can’t go back in.Like two people a day use it.It has been helping my running since i am in there everyday.I took my shirt off for 1 minute to do some situps on the hard floor at 4 am.I don’t think a person has been in there in the last 24 hours besides me.
Comply or die...
Situps? is it 1980 at your condo?
Let me guess OP, you either live in Saudi Arabia or the US? Just LOL at conservative religious nutjob societies.
Do you live in the condo?
Yes i live there.
What's the problem here?
It's not an unreasonable rule.
The condo association undoubtedly has the right to make rules.
You've been given notice and there is no negative impact on you unless you decide to ignore the rule after notice.
And why would you specifically take your shirt off to do sit ups (sit ups, by the way?) on a hard floor?
At the end of the day, no harm, no foul. Keep your shirt on and keep on working out. Everyone wins.
He took his shirt off so he can determine if he's losing weight by whether or not he's getting back farts.

He would take the shirt off in order to double the thickness of cloth between him and the hard floor. It's a reasonable move.
Next time, just don't do that. It's a dumb rule, but there's not much you can do about it.

Posted the idiot who cannot be bothered to read the voluminous condo rules and then cries foul.
Have you ever heard of an exercise mat? They are cheaper than a condo, so I'm sure you can afford it.
It seems like you and Mike Rossi would have the all-time bromance record of 2017-18 pretending the world is out to get you.
This is why to exercise at home, instead of at a gym.
Is it that hard to follow the rules? Put yourself in their position. It's a common thing to require shirts in gyms / fitness centers. What are they supposed to do? Create some kind of elaborate set of rules?
It's ok to go shirtless during early mornings, or if nobody else is there, or if only others of same sex are there, or if for sit-ups, or if it's less than five minutes, etc. ???
Just take it like an adult and bring something for sit-ups next time. Don't be self-centered.
Yea but places like that are much more then a matt.
I mean it is a silly rule, but it’s to protect them from lawsuits. There could be deadly bacteria on the floor or your back could put deadly bacteria on the floor and then you or someone else could get gravely ill. The condo would then be sued for an unsanitary gym.
If you can't do the time don't do the crime.
Do they require shirts at the swimming pool?

Yeah, because it is impossible that the woman's objections were motivated by anything other than conservative religious belief or mores.
And how is the Arabification of Europe working out for you?
