phenomenal video, I hope he's healthy enough to get back into it in 2018. I find it strange how they didn't mention his world indoor title though
Boris seems like a big tool...

I thought the video was a little odd (mostly because of what they chose to include or omit), but I enjoyed it. I walked away thinking about how much potential this guy has, and what he could have achieved already if he didn't have so many setbacks (mostly of his own making).
Rooting for you Boris, wherever you are out there!
The video is a bit odd for an athlete bio...but then so is Boris.
Congrats to New Balance for their creative marketing the past year, reaching demographics not normally advertised to.
A thought: Both of New Balance's top male sponsored athletes, Boris Berian and Trayvon Bromell, had serious achilles tendon problems last year that started out as minor problems during early season training then got worse when both Boris and Trayvon continued to train and compete. Perhaps there is a flaw in New Balance's men's training shoes that caused those problems?
Oh, this is great. ???????? I'm a fan. I don't know why I thought he's as tall as Rudisha, he's shorter and stockier than I'd thought. Bosse showed anything can happen in the 800m, regardless of form but if I was a betting man, I'd put my house on Kipyegon Bett (above even the likes of Emmanuel Korir) for Tokyo 2020.
Cool video and a great story of success. I was actually surprised at how slightly built Berian is. He's a slim dude. I hope he gets back on top again.
Wow love to see that Adams State coaching office.
Certainly it would be fantastic to see him achieve his potential. Very interesting, maybe the two best 800 runners in the US — Murphy and Berian — seem to be great examples of natural talent. Both having achieved so much without years of optimized training or whatever. It is going to be a great experience watching the two compete.

He isn't short or stocky!
Berian 6 feet 0 vs Rudisha 6 feet 3 are the heights.
Damon Martin embodies the ultimately frustrated coach in this.
Boris is cool and ethnically questionable. By this, I don't mean bad or inferior to myself or anyone else, I simply mean some questions exist about his genetic makeup. Was he adopted and no one knows what his ancestry is?
Boris is actually a very very nice guy. Humble and sweet. And up close he looks quite cut and muscular.
Great profile. I love the way he races. He gets after it early, fearless! That World Indoor victory was a great piece of front running, gun to tape, out in 49, hangs on for the win, awesome!
Go Boris!
He gave a different reason for his performance at the Olympics, though. Back then, he said the fast early pace caught him off guard.
