Depends a bit on what you define as "surgery". Multiple oral surgeries for dental problems. One skin cancer removal under local anesthetic. One abdominal surgery under general anesthetic.
None running related.

Two - 1 running related (hamstring avulsion 95%) - still not 100%
four:
finger to repair sliced tendons (didn't really work)
tonsils as an adult (no fun and recovery was 3 weeks at home)
knee arthrscopy (they didn't do much but scope it, but full anesthesia and all)
shoulder torn rotator cuff and labrum
i had anal botox and rejuvenation surgery
Just one. Had to repair ligaments in my left ankle.
Not running related. Was a basketball injury.
Running has been the best PT after it initially healed.
