Just did this workout, wasn't intended as an indicator workout at all, but had better than expected splits and would like to know if anything can be gleaned from this workout as to 5k prediction.
It was a 1600, 800, 400, 400, 800, 1600 w/ roughly 2 min rest in between each rep. I felt controlled on all reps except the last rep, which was more of a struggle/higher effort.

8: 2:38
4: 1:15
4: 1:12
8: 2:32
16: 5:19
I can give some more background information if it helps (PRs, mileage, etc), but wanted to ask if this workout alone represented anything.
