Just poured some herbal tea and might have to take ibuprofen this afternoon. Wish me luck! Anyone done this recently?

Definitely worth a thread.
When did it become necessary to tell the entire world one's problems, self challenges, or what one might be eating or drinking at the moment? Is this a direct result of social media? Does it feed the innate desire to be noticed and affirmed; or does it fuel the narcissistic side of human nature? Is it both? Are you telling a random and anonymous message board this to keep you accountable, perhaps? Please educate me here. I'm confounded.
Enjoy the headache and warn your friends/family/co-workers. You are about to become an irritable, miserable a-hole. I tried once to go cold turkey from caffeine and it was not pretty.
When I want to go off of it for a while I find it easier to just quick drinking caffeinated beverages and buy some caffeine tablets with a fixed amount of caffeine in them. Taper down over a few days and you'll be all set with no transitional headaches.

I thought about that. I tried to just drink half decaf for a while but that didn't last so I am going with the philosophy of ripping off a bandaid.

Is this your first day on the Internet? If so, welcome.
I started a thread asking about the Garmin Fenix 5 under a fake username. Am I among friends here?
Quitting caffeine is no laughing matter as you will invariably suffer massive withdrawal symptoms. Including, but not limited to, irritability, sleepiness, dry mouth, constipation, giddiness, nervousness, hairy palms, uncontrollable salivation, diarrhea, itchy eyeballs, hair loss, sweaty teeth, poor trolling attempts, 5K prediction questions, egg nog mile repeats, banning, thread deletion, stanozolol use/abuse, quanka, nostril flaring, stick with eharmony songs, flatulence, Quentin Cassidy delusions, Rupp, and the list goes on.

About to?
You must be new here, I doubt anyone notices a difference.
So care to elaborate why?

Which one of you is the catcher?
it'll take more than 3 days to be "cleansed" op. target a week at least.

rekt
Once you quit once you'll be able to quit again easily.
I take a break every 1.5 years or less and I do it with no problem. The first time however was very rough.

Tiredness, bad sleep, blood pressure slightly higher than normal. A friend told me he does this every once in a while and feels a lot better.
