I just ran a workout that was 5x1600m on the track with 2:00 minutes of rest in between each one.
My splits were 5:30, 5:24, 5:20, 5:13, 4:58.
My mileage is about 50-55 right now.
I felt pretty good on all of them except the last one was pretty hard.
What do you think I could run for an 8k right now? and, assuming I continue to train consistently, what do you think I could run for a 5k on the track this upcoming track season?
