71, 72 maybe? You ran 3:10km pace for a great amount of distance.
I'm aiming for a 72:xx in a month but I'm at 80 miles per week maximum and I couldn't run that workout right now so maybe 75 shape at best.
I'd say you can't go wrong running 3:25 for as long as you can, it's like a minute margin at each 4km (in comparison to the workout) so you might just survive.
I'd say under 1:10 is definitely doable, maybe 1:08-1:11 for a range depending on weather and how you feel. Do you have any recent race results to go off of? I ran 1:13 in a race that was 70 degrees at the start and this workout would be over my head for sure. Your mileage is very strong. What have your tempos been like?
Last week I did a 9 mile tempo starting 5:30 worked by way down to 5:15. Average pace was 5:23.
Do the same thing with 1:00 rest and I'm ready to call that your HM pace.
1:07
That's a very solid tempo. I'll revise my prediction down to 1:07-1:09.
