Yes. Coach Immels is good at coaching "individuals".
An example is how he changed Allie Ostrander's training. She was hurt more than once using the high mileage approach so now runs less. She became a National Champ in the steeple. A successful 4th place finish in XC.
Immels did a good job reading Peloquin last year and trained her differently than the other girls. 6th last year.
I wish Cory Immels would come to Wisco for the men.
