My current understanding:
Mormon- BYU, Weber State
Non-Mormon- Utah, SUU
Any others? Utah State?

The only "Mormon" school in the state is BYU
One demented religion. Not sure it matters what schools they run.

Um, all the schools you list are in Utah and, thus, functionally they are ALL "Mormon schools". If you live in Utah and are not Mormon you will see what I mean.
Only BYU...as in Brigham Young University 👠(bet you didn't know that the famous retired 49er QB Steve Young is a direct decedent of Brigham Young 🤔). BYU is a private college that was founded, and is operated by the LDS Church. The others are public institutions independent of the LDS (though a lot of Mormon students attend these colleges).
I like Cougar country: the BYU campus is spectacular, and Provo is beautiful. This is a wonderful place to get an education...not a lot of trouble with alcohol & drug consumption (forbidden) that plagues so many campuses around the nation.
Go BYU Cougars! 😆

Jim McMahon completed his BYU degree in 2014 despite CTE, dementia, a severe percocet habit and smoking weed daily.

Max Hall, former starting QB for BYU, was arrested for cocaine possession and theft.

Nice try BYU hater! McMahon wasn't LDS...he was Catholic. 😉. Btw, the University could hardly wait to get rid of him after he graduated early! (his successor was Steve Young, decedent of *Brigham Young,* and my favorite BYU QB of all time! ðŸ‘). BYU recruits on occasion non-LDS players whom some have gotten into trouble over the years...imagine that.
Go Cougars!

This.
But I would speculate that the least Mormon School is U of U. It is within Salt Lake City, which has the lowest percentage of Mormon residents of any city/town in Utah.

Ironically, U students try so hard NOT to be Mormon, it's comical.
I started this thread after seeing all the tats on the Utah women after Wisco.

Anyone who plays football is an idiot, regardless what religion they are.
I lived in Idaho Falls from 4th through 8th grade, and it was the worst place that I ever lived for bullies and abuse of all ages. The main group of boys hung around in a gang, terrorizing all the other kids, and demanding ransom for protection, or otherwise they'd keep harassing them. Girls in my grade were constantly having their belts and clothes torn off by the bullies for not paying their ransom.
Kids much bigger than me would often come up to me sitting in my seat before class and punch me hard in the arm. Once a guy did this who was twice my size and it really hurt, I didn't want him to do it again so I jumped up out of my chair and just then the big fat teacher came in, and took me out in the hall for "being disruptive." He wanted me to bend over while he whacked my butt with an 18 inch long paddle full of holes that he often used on the kids.
I didn't want the a**hole to break my butt and refused, but he said he "had to" do it because that's what "all the kids expected." He kept telling me to bend over, so I finally stupidly did, he whacked me hard and injured me quite badly. I stood up facing him with my hands on my butt because it hurt like h*ll, and just stood there and kept looking at him. He kept trying to get me to turn around so he could do it again but I was not going to let him. I should have ran out of the class and gone to the office immediately.
Hey but that's how the prevalent Morman kids and Adults were in that town.
There were many great kids there as well, but the fact that Idaho Falls was the most abusive place that I ever lived in says a lot about the Morman religion, and I'm not religious.
Sounds like a typical middle school.

Hey Jack Norman:
Check McMahons Wiki, weird underwear boy. Says he finished his degree in 2014 in order to get into BYU Sports Hall of Fame.
How hard can it be to get a degree there?

Eh, Steve shouldn't feel so special. *Brigham Young* had 59 kids with 55 wives (you could probably take off a dozen or so if you use a more secular definition of marriage). Though *Brigham Young* was banging teenage wives up until he about 50, so I'll give him credit for that.

It must be pretty hard since it took him 37 yrs to finally get it! 😅. They want him in BYU HOF simply for those phenomenal stats he put up back in his day. And they could use another "McMahon" type QB as the team is struggling at 1-6 so far. 😕
https://www.si.com/extra-mustard/2014/09/18/jim-mcmahon-graduate-byu-37-yearsBut are there any Muslim colleges in America?

And only University of Utah, nearby downtown Salt Lake City. It gets kind of lonely once you tell the preachers that come by you aren't interested. By far, the most non-LDS are downtown in one way or another.
Provo is rapidly turning into suburban wasteland. If you aren't LDS, it is very, very, very lonely. If you are interested in running lots, maybe that's a good combination?
