Today, I did some speed work at short distances, along with walking between it. Today was going to be a walking day only, but I threw in some speed.
The strangeness of the distance is because I focused on a point to point run:
1. .62 in 4:12
2. .27 in 1:45
3. .18 in 1:13
4. .30 in 1:45
5. .56 in 3:49
6. .21 in 1:23
On a scale of 1-10 as far as typical speed work for this distance, where does this fit for someone who wants to beat a 5k pr of 19:35?
