This guy is ridiculous ⤴claiming that sprinting all out on hard surfaces like that places less stresses on the body than jogging.
Technically right to some degree, slow running has been proven to be more stressful due to time spent on the ground and form usually changes at a slower pace.
Is he wearing cotton sweatpants?

Standing must be even more stressful than jogging.

Only if you don't practice the pose method.

According to The American Journal of Sports Medicine Marathon/long distance runners are injured roughly 2.5 times per 1000 hours of training. Middle distance and sprinters are injured roughly 5.7 times per 1000 hours of training. Sprinting is far more stressful on one's body than jogging.
Nothing worse than a heel-striking vegan. He needs to sprint 100 yards on a 90-yard pier.
Well, "sprinting happens to be -kinda - one of his specialties." He looks like a 60 year old guy doing his sprint back. The only question I have is where can you train if you don't have a parking lot nearby ?
I thought he was warming up. He is really slow. How is that different from jogging?

LOL I thought the same thing. This guy doesn't look like he could break 13 for 100m.
i loved the "sprinting like this....such a great cardio workout....it's like you've been jogging for an hour!"
LOL!

Pretty much worthless information. Why did I watch so much of it. The guy knows absolutely nothing about running form and he is trying to teach us! LOL X 7.
GET AN EDUCATION. Then get back to us.
Best reply. Thank you.

Not the same. No force of impact when standing.

I'm surprised he didn't get a parking ticket.
"I just want to put up a comment for all of you angry joggers out there. Please understand that these opinions of mine are based on my experience, extensive research and my client's experiences. This doesn't mean you SHOULD NEVER JOG! I'm simply explaining that there are more efficient forms of cardio and better options out there..."
Guys he has extensive research AND client experiences!

Not if it's done on softer surfaces. 😉
True, but each person responds differently. I've ran faster on a road vs track kind of bucks the norm but softer shoes or softer surfaces feels like they suck the energy out of my legs.
