I am a junior in HS who was diagnosed with hypothyroidism last fall. As a freshmen, I was top 10 in the state for freshmen in my xc 5k and 2 mile times, and also top 5 in the 800 that spring. Ever since then my times haven't improved and no matter how hard I work I just can't get back to how I felt back then. Any tips or stories on how y'all dealt with it and if you ever improved or just stayed the same after being diagnosed? Thanks in advance
