How taxed out were you on those reps? Was that 5:20 1600m rep run evenly? or did you go out in 72 sec for the first 400m and died hard?
My splits were 80 83 81 77 high
I would say you can probably run sub 5 in the 1600, 2:10 800, sub 11:00 3200.
