It's very common for your first year of college (including running) to be a big adjustment from high school running. You have a new coach and you are adjusting to their system. You may likely be running more quantity and quality. You may also find yourself racing more frequently and longer distances. As other posters said, talk to your coach about your concerns. Your number one concern is to avoid getting injured,stay healthy and continue to develop as a runner with the training and competition opportunities that you have. Your coach may not care if you are enjoying it: that's up to you.
