I was told by an employee at a shoe store that I overpronate and ever since then I have been wearing Saucony Guide and Hurricane shoes. Today I took this short video of myself on a treadmill wearing Saucony Guide 10 shoes. Can you make anything of my gait from this video? I don't notice much ankle roll but perhaps I do not know what to look for and perhaps the Guide shoes are correcting what would otherwise be noticeable.
