Today I ran a 5k that my gym organized
Iâ€™m 35, 6â€™2 205 lbs
I primarily lift weights and signed up on a whim
I ran 20:55
The only time I previously ran was In high school and college as conditioning for wrestling (state champ x2 and diii all American)
Some people seemed to think my time was good considering I donâ€™t run. I had a lot of fun and would like to run again but now that Iâ€™ve had my first taste Iâ€™d like to prepare better next time
I feel like Iâ€™m a naturally decent athlete. What should I do for my next 5k and what would be a finishing time goal?
