So say a person more inclined to the 800 is trying to break 4 in the mile, what do you think is the slowest 800m time they can run and still have a shot a sub 4?
On the other hand, say, someone who is inclined towards something longer such as the 5k, is trying to break 4, what do you think is the slowest 5k time they can run and still have a shot at sub 4?
Obviously, it's a super subjective question based on each person, but if you had to estimate based on these two different "types" of runners, what would you say?
