Alright, you got me, I have no idea what I'm talking about. Maybe you could help out and tell us how much iron one should be taking when their ferritin is low. Since it only takes about 6 weeks to correct this issue, what should people do after 6 weeks? How prevalent do you suppose iron-deficiency or iron-depletion is in high school girls cross country?
If you understand this issue so well and have for such a long time, why didn't you get your daughter tested sooner?
