Thank! That was really good.
The "Bible of the Sport".
Does anyone know what Centrowitz was referring to with this statement?:
"Finishing school this fall; getting that burden off is a big thing."
Is he finishing a bachelors or has he been in a graduate program?

Probably bachelors. Isn't it true Rupp never graduated?
If memory serves, at the time of his poor showing at worlds, wasn't his lackluster performance alleged to be the result of illness.
Sometimes media and the public make me sick. One week a coach and his entire group are the target of investigation for systematic doping, then, just as it starts to heat up, said coach and athletes start flying under the radar; less than six months later these same athletes become center of attention for what they might be capable of in big event.
Either we want them out of the sport because of their ethical tampering or we only care about the success of their performances no matter the means used to obtain it; which is it?
Not getting a degree is the Oregon track thing to do. Ask Centro, Colby and Rupp among others.

No, Rupp did graduate. That started here as a lie and has been continuously reposted until everyone believed it to be the truth.

That's hilarious
Why was he getting the strains?
What are good exercises to overcome adductor strains?
What is the cause of 2 adductor strains + 1 "hamstring strain" which is maybe a strain of the biceps femoris muscle?... or was it the semimembranosus muscle? or maybe it was the semitendinosus muscle?
Centro Jr. is not really sure which muscle it was...which is not a big surprise with Centro Jr...because his knowledge of anatomy is absolutely pathetic.
The ONLY cause of all of Centro's adductor magnus muscle strains and his "hamstring" strain is:
Coach Alberto "Albuterol Androgel Salbutamol" Salazar
Coach Alberto is NOT A DOCTOR.
Coach Alberto thinks that Coach Alberto Salazar can decide to change the dose of the prescription pharmaceutical hormone drug levothyroxine for Galen Rupp...or decide to add cytomel (T3) to the Thyroid hormone treatment protocol for Galen Rupp.
Coach Alberto also thinks that Coach Alberto Salazar is a pharmacy delivery service that can email Galen Rupp and then say that he can drive over some of his own cytomel (triiodothyronine=T3) for Galen Rupp...because Alberto decided that Galen needed to ADD cytomel right away to his Thyroid hormone protocol.
ha ha ha
Generally runners try all these goofy stretches and strengthening exercises and it overworks a muscle. When they try to run, the muscle goes into spasm to try to protect itself. That is your subconscious brain telling you to quit doing that.

[the Deltas have been expelled]
Bluto: Christ. Seven years of college down the drain. Might as well join the effing Peace Corps.
Centro II: Nine years of college and I'm finally graduating. Didn't want dad to hold that one over me. "Like father, like son."
