Oh, snap! All we have to do is fix the social issues and all's good!
Not.
And just remember that if this shooting had taken place a year ago, BHO (no, I never voted for him either) would have been blamed by more than a few--just as some people blamed him for Orlando.
And yet, somehow, I don't think many of those same people will blame DJT (nor should they IMO). Y'know, a little intellectual consistency would be refreshing.

Stupid post: "Responsible law-abiding citizens should be trained & armed to protect our freedom?"...like that would have really helped against this one man army SLAUGHTERING INNOCENT PEOPLE from 400 yds away!
You can't predict human behavior. "Responsible" gun owners can become "irresponsible" gun owners at a drop of a dime...nothing new there. Take away the guns and people don't have the means to SLAUGHTER INNOCENT PEOPLE...simple solution!!!
Yeah, like the gun ban in Chicago is really working for its citizens, right?

Ban guns.
You realize that all the crazy talk from gun nuts about how they have to defend themselves from a tyrannical government instantly comes true when you come try and take away the 300 million guns we have in this country?
It would be a conflagration of gun violence this country hasn't seen since the Civil War.
Next idea.

What color is the sky in your world?
Actually I don't care, we don't need anything more from you. Just let the adults talk.

I'd love to hear your ineffective band-aid solutions. Please, enlighten us all.

Except the lunatic Paddock wasn't part of the "social safety net", he was loaded, in more ways than one.
Made my point for me.

That's why I asked what color the sky is in your world. Because you're clearly not familiar with reality. There are no easy solutions, including "banning guns" or whatever that means. Your solutions literally starts a goddamn war. The fact that I have to explain that to you shows you're either trolling or intellectually incompetent. Either way it's probably best you just sit this one out.

Guns have no place in modern society among citizenship.

If you have a gun, I know you spend a lot of time thinking about what it would be like to shoot someone with it. Don't try to tell me you just use it for hunting or for target practice or it just stays locked up in a closet. What you love is thinking of scenarios that would give you a chance to shoot someone.
This never could happen in Europe

HOW MANY TIMES has it happened in Europe (or Japan, Australia, New Zealand) in the last ten years versus how many times has it happened here?
At least your handle matches your IQ.

Well if that's the case it's clearly not enough to take away their guns, these people are psychopaths. We should probably round them up and gas them, eh?
I will say the trolling around here is usually at least representative. This is just pathetic.

Correct.
It's like the people that say we shouldn't try to address our problem with gun violence because they could just use a truck to run people over. They're just not very good at numbers I guess.
This country will be full of guns for the rest of all of ours live. Get used to it.
The 2nd amendment is to protect the citizenry from the tyranny of the State. This problem will never go away.

Yep, as soon as a libbbtwat shows up on my door step thinking they are going to disarm and enslave me I turn their face into a canoe!
Please "try" to disarm We The People Libbtwats;)
Bring it.
And this guy is making my point from earlier. If you don't recognize there's millions of people in this country that feel the same way your head is in the sand.
The President loves guns. Well, he does now, anyway; years ago, when he wasn't seeking the Republican nomination for president he wanted gun control. He also loves prayer now - though his true church every Sunday is the golf course. And he loves putting America First. Even now.
Did you listen to Trump's speech? I suspect many foreigners, especially tourists in Las Vegas did. Trump's prayers are only for American victims?
"Melania and I are praying for every American who has been hurt, wounded, or lost the ones they love so dearly in this terrible, terrible attack."
