Sloppy uppers, huge drops, heavy... Have you tried their real running shoes yet, like the Adios, Tempo or Boston?
Sadly, they don’t make them in clown sizes (14) ?

In the EU store, the largest Tempo size is 48, which is US 14. I do admit that the fit is a bit small/narrow though...
Escalante 1.5 Review. Looks like they fixed the upper problems on an otherwise incredible shoe.

Do you normally wear a stability shoe? The ST is a stability shoe and you may have been better in the Ultra Boost. They are so nice for recovery runs and love the flexibility.
I have used a stability shoe for recovery runs and Zantes for threshold runs. The backs on the Ultra boosts don't stab your achilles folks, it is really good. I hate running on pavement, asphalt, footpaths, concrete etc but you don't notice it.
Hi, My name is Nathan,
In my master thesis I'm questioning impact of brand attributes on consumer purchase decision of sport shoes. To defend the hypothesis that brand attributes have an impact, I need to do a survey.
I would like with to put a link of my survey on this forum because I really need help and this forum seems to be full of passionate and understanding people.
Cheers!

What's your beef with the Escalante uppers again?
Holy cow, I understand why people make such a big deal about the Adidas Boston 6 now. They're insane.

Stretchy = comfortable. Too stretchy = unstable.
No matter how tightly you lace them up, you cannot get a fit secure enough to feel secure when doing any type of turning.
Freedom 2 hits the market today. Please post any reviews you have!
Available in Europe. As I feared, only available up to EU47 :-/
I hear they'll be on RW July 1.
Bump.
Any takers on the Adidas Solar Glide that dropped this month? It looks like it is supposed to be the replacement of the Supernova. Please regale me with your success stories on how this shoe is a return to the Boost Glide 6-8 glory.
Wondering the same although, Adidas doesn’t discount their shoes on any of the sites. This is why inferior shoes like Nike sell more/are more popular.

No kidding. They had a 30% off sale the last few days. I go there and the fine print. Excludes Ultra Boost the one shoe I want that costs $180 everywhere, even RW.

They are marketing it as if it will help your aura more than your running, lol.
Anyone know anything about the Adidas Speedfactory AMwhatever? The Adi website doesn’t mention anything about weight, stack, or drop.
Looks like they only offer whole sizes, and of course no 14s, but still curious.

I'm wondering the same thing.
The shoe (both the solar boost and solar glide) look like improvements in that they took out a little bit of the excess boost in the heel that made the shoes kinda clunky.
I've seen many adidas pros wearing them, specifically the solar boost, so it appears to be good enough for them as a daily trainer, although there's not many legitimate reviews of the shoes out yet.

I think that’s being marketed more toward sneaker collectors and hypebeasts based on the coverage I’ve seen of the model.
