No idea, but there is a runner on the Oregon Women's team that does vlogs with the team etc. and Sarah was never around, even before when she was listed on the team.
This kind of thing happens. I can name another program on the opposite coast who had sort of an analog to Baxter. Big HS rep and nary a sighting over four years?
