What do you think about the training Plan below?
Current 5k ability is around 18:30 / 19 flat, after two months of relatively unstructured training (4-6 days per weeks, depending on health etc.)
I think that the race goal is a bit of a stretch goal (?) and depends mostly on whether I can complete the workout progression as planned.
"6-8 x ..." reads as a week-by-week progression within the cycle (I.e. 6x in week 1; 7x in week 2, 8x in week 3)
Might add some strides & hill sprints during some of the easy sessions & enter some local races in between.
Will take additional rest days as I feel necessary - priority is to stay healthy and consistent.
