A week ago I developed a pretty painful side stitch during a near-max effort of repeat 800s (and more general abdominal pain all around), which is not uncommon for me during hard efforts.
I pushed through it for several repeats and now for every run since (all easy) the stitch has risen again after just a few minutes.
Any ideas how to fix this?
(I know about the usual tricks of deep exhales on the opposite foot, etc.)
