If you want to go straight into "consulting", then management (or IT) consulting is one of the easiest fields to get into as a first career. Otherwise, most people work in a career field for a while (5-10 years minimum), then leverage that career experience into a consulting gig. As another poster mentioned, someone who taught in the classroom for a while then transitioned to becoming an educational consultant, is a good example.
It sounds like you need to do some serious career exploration first to find a career to get into that is a good match for your knowledge, skills, and interests, and then get trained in that field (college?), then work in that field for a while, then consult in that field. If you want to run a BnB, there's lots of careers in the hospitality industry that you can consider to work in first. There's no point to be a management or IT consultant if you don't like that type of work.
