Tomorrow I have a meet where four teams are racing, and my coach is leaving it up to me if I want to run. I've been dealing with knee issues since after the second race of the season, but I've still pr'ed by over a minute this year and I'm a top 10 runner in the state. My knees have been getting a bit better, and for some reason I've been feeling sluggish in practice. If I run, I'll probably win by 30-45 seconds, as a lot of the top guys are resting for big invites coming up. I missed last meet because of my knee, and really hate the idea of not racing. What should I do?
