I feel like I could maybe get one more rep at 225-226 but maybe I’m not sure.
My coach said he thinks I can run 1620 right now on the same course and even though the last couple weeks I have done some good workouts I’m not sure if he is just trying to give me confidence or he is being truthful. By the way we still aren’t peaking for more than another month so my original goal for this season was sub 16 on this same course. Is this possible? I’m a junior in high school.
