Hey I was just looking for some info on this training routine for the winter. I would like to know what time you think id be able to run if I did this training for 3 months through the winter and maybe some advice/changes that could be made to it
Monday warm/cool:2m 12x200 38 sec 200m rec. jog continuous run total:7m
Tuesday 8 mile run 7:00 pace
Wednesday warm/cool:2m 8x400 78sec200m rec. jog continuous run total:7m
Thursday 8 mile run 7:00 pace
Friday warm/cool:2m 4x800 2:35 400m rec. jog continuous run total:7m
Saturday 12 mile run 7:15 pace
Sunday 6 mile run easy 8:00 pace
Total Miles:55
so id love any feedback/tweaks to this that you think would make it better and I would love to know what times I could run if I did this thanks!
