We had a race last Saturday.
Monday 7-9 mile training run with last 2 miles picking my up the pace each 1/2 mile.
Tuesday 60 min run
Wednesday 3k-2k-1k at 5:15, 5:00, 4:45 pace with a lap jog between.
Thursday 10 miles in the hills
Friday easy 4-5
Saturday race.
