I’m in HS and here’s the workout:
400 @ 75
800s @ 2:45, 2:42, 2:41, 2:36, and 2:32
400 @ 68
Wasn’t all out, but was definitely difficult and 3 min rest between each rep.
PRs:
5k: 18:16
1600: 5:00
800: 2:17
400 : 58.8
Any input would be great and 1600 and under is all from this past season and 5k is last xc season and ran one race so far (3 mi) this season at 17:50 although I don’t think that’s a good indicator race. Any thoughts would be great!
