Also recently did an 8 mile tempo in 43:15 and have run 1:55 and 3:57 (1500) on the track
What kinda 5k shape am I in? 14:50? 14:40?
Those are good workouts and if you did them by yourself they are all the more impressive.
Those times certainly indicate a fast 5K but I don't think you are ready to go under 15:00 yet.

Sub-15
If 8 x 1000 with roughly 1:00 active rest, averaging 2:58 and finishing strong doesn't indicate sub 15:00, I don't know what does.

To be clear it was 2:00 rest with the first minute being straight into a slow 200m jog and then the second minute being standing recovery
