Which teams/individual in each region will get the auto bids? At-large? And individual qualifiers? It's been a very interesting racing season thus far. Still early!

Have they changed the qualification process yet?
South Central Men's - Adams, Colorado Mines, Western St, CSU-Pueblo, West Texas A&M
There's only 3 autos per region and 8 at large nation wide based on your resume, looking at your south central choices, have you looked this seasons results?
The South Central seems pretty weak this year. Depending on how Western State looks eventually, I would say only 3, maybe four teams are getting out from that region.
Qualifying shouldn't be hard. The real comp is all in d1.
Ahhhh yes, Baby Nationals
Last years baby national champ is about to take the d1 crown so get off your high horse.

??? Who? How? Where? What?
I believe the other poster is referring to Vincent Kiprop, who won DII Nationals last year. He runs for Alabama now. And based on previous performances, he's a legitimate contender for the DI crown.

Yes. Kiprop is a beast.
Todays national rankings:
Adams 1st
Mines 3rd
Pueblo 12th
Rogers 16th
Western 20th
Dbu 24th
WT 26th
South central must be weak this year ;)
Having raced against Kiprop and having watched him race several times. I put my money on him winning D1. If anyone wants to beat him it will have to be in a record-breaking time.
So what regions do you think will get the remaining at large bids? South central, west and Midwest likely?
Any one willing to throw out some at large selections?

Bump.
Any major updates from this weekend? I saw some changes at griak to the order of teams likely to secure automatic bids, however I did not see much happen to the teams on the bubble.
Augustana men looked great at griak, is the Norwegian girl still at u mary.
D2 XC Showcase in Nashville. Six regions represented, a few schools listed above. Hot, humid conditions, honest hilly course.
You should add Western Oregon in the West Region.
Alabama-Huntsville beat Florida Southern at the D2 Showcase this past weekend, should be #2 or #3 in the South region.

Be real man. Rankings are just rankings; it's what some 'unbiased' individual thinks. (The WT coach is the ranker for the SC region.) Haven't seen Western State really race yet, but anyone who's seen the results of Rogers, DBU, and WT knows that they are over ranked.
It will be Adams, Mines, Pueblo, and Western, in whatever order. The other 3-4 schools that make up 5-8 won't be in the hunt for NCAAs.
The majority of the at-large bids will come from the West...just wait and see.
