Bump
4:47 is what I would guess. Hard to say from this side of the computer
5:15 based on an abnormally minimal slowdown coefficient.
5:18 based on an moderate slowdown coefficient.
5:38 on an average slowdown coeff.
Using Riegel and assuming a split average of 75.
On a track on a cool day after rest? Skew toward lower. Hot day and feeling iffy? Skew toward upper.
also, crack open a spreadsheet.
t2 = t1 * (d2 / d1)1.06
Do 10 next time

Or at least 8. What's up with 7? Too tired to go on?
When I last was able to run about a 5:20 mile, I would have been capable of similar workout as completed by OP. If a runner could do said workout as done by OP and only could race a 5:38 mile, we're talking about 22 year old Vincent "Bo" Jackson &/or 22 year old Herschel Walker. Massive 225 lbs. men not able to transfer interval workout success to one mile race. In my experience, heat is not going to make much difference for a mile. Not 5:15 to 5:38.

I was kicked off the track. I was suppose to do 20 of them. What would my mile be if I completed the 20 intervals?
At the same pace? 4:45-4:50

I gave you the method twice now. Based on your reactions in this post, you appear more engaged in confirmation bias than in grasping new concepts.
