I'm not sure how I feel about this. But I feel like it's also the reason I'm not improving because I'm jogging away at 10-11 minutes/mi.
When I should be running faster.

4. (b) Work up to 60min at an easy to moderate pace on a regular basis and 90min at an easy pace once every two weeks
I'm in high school and I have a coach. Currently we have 3 workouts - a long run, a tempo, and a track workout.
So IN PRACTICE we do 2-3 easy runs. (4-5 miles) 30-40 minutes. Tempos are 45-60 minutes. long runs are 60 minutes if they're in practice
But If there's no practice friday. I typically do longer runs, a medium 7 miles and a long run 80-90 (8-9 miles) minutes. And sometimes double friday if there is practice, Depending on how much mileage I want to do.
4 (c) Do one "high end aerobic" workout per week
I just do tempos, normally. But I'm not sure when to start them in the summer/winter.
5. (a) Do two "high end aerobic" workouts per week
5. (b) Run 20-30min easy in the mornings 2-4 days per week, as allowed by your schedule
I think I'll have to. Especially since my winter training gets up to 60mpw
5. (c) Run 14-15 miles / 1hr 45min at an easy to moderate effort every two weeks
I don't think I'm ready for 14-15 miles. Especially since my longest run has been about 10 miles.

My Season ends in mid October. I'll take 2 weeks off and start it. Also I might just try to race my local Turkey Trot and I might head up to Footlocker South. I've been wanting to race a flat course. And I've been wanting to spike up but have been nervous about it
