seems fine. I'm not a fan of static stretching, but I more or less follow this warmup routine except with a bit more "volume"
15 min warmup (typically 2-2.2 miles)
10 mins active isolated stretching

10 mins dynamics

I typically do
10 min warmup (usually around 2 miles, sometimes more)
10 min of stretches that don;t actuallly do anything but make me look like an f boy
Then strides while wearing full tights, high socks, and a backpack while listening to trash rap music

Mine looks a lot like this. I also do minimal stretching before runs-- definitely nothing seated or strenuous.
After my routine I continue to do very light jogging and some strides.
