just as the title says I ran at an xc meet last weekend and decided to fuel my entire race on hate. i’m pleased to say it worked — i pr’d by almost one minute and beat second place by almost one minute also. on the starting line all i could think was hatred toward the other runners and this continued for the entire race. the field was almost two hundred deep yet, once again, PURE HATE won out.
any tips for improving even further next time??????? only true scholars of HATE respond, everyone else BTFO
btw my winning time was 14:32.5
