Recently I made a thread where I stated my PRs from last year and my current 5k PR as a sophomore, but after completing a park run last week I completely over performed (16:24 from a PR of 17:02 two weeks ago) and I think this is attributed to my mileage and workouts. I ran a few 60 mile weeks in the summer, and now I'm averaging about 45-50. Where should I be by the end of the season?
