Hey I was hoping you guys could help me out. I just ran my first 5k on a flat course thats pretty much even or a little fast. Im a junior now and over the years i went from 21:00, 18:30, now 17:30. My main goal for this season is to dip under 17 minutes but the race I have the best chance to do that is in 2 weeks because its another course thats a little faster. I do about 40-45 mpw. Think I'll be able to do it?
