I like baseball but there are definitely games where it is just boring as f^ck. You get a couple pitchers who blow a lot of time between pitches and a few batters who seemingly don't want to be in the batter's box, coupled with managers who want to switch pitchers ad nauseum, then, yeah the game grinds on.
The league supposedly has some time rules now, but I don't thik I've ever seen them enforced. Personally I think the rule change I'd make is the game goes on the pitchers cadence. If the pitchers is ready, the batter damn well better be in the box or too bad. Similar to what Scherzer did to Herrera the other night. Herrera was farting around but wasn't out of the box and Max threw one down the center for a strike.
