If you are wondering how Jepkosgei has quickly gone from obsurity to the WR holder at 13.1 and 10k on the roads, Nicholas Koech has a simple explanation.

That could be...but of course Mo Farah could not even do a push-up prior to joining Alberto and then voila...
Or its just epo. But that cant be the case in kenia
Kind of need before and after pictures.
Fat in Kenya is probably lean here...
didn't used to be good
RE: Calling a spade a spade...
You may want to rephrase using non racially offensive terminology.

It s incredible!! In kenia long distance runners can achieve amazing results!!
It 's something that is really unique on the planet I mean in every type of sport.
The only explanation is that in running the technical abilities are not so important I mean it would be impossible to become a Maradona or Cristiano Ronaldo or Valentino Rossi or Marc Marquez if you begin when you are 20 years old. Cos in soccer or in alpine ski or in Moto gp etc. etc. the technical abilities are foundamental and everybody begin the sport at a very young age Is impossible nowdays to become a champion in those sports beginning at 20 years old
According to news Joyciline 24 years this december , didnt start training until
around four years ago following the birth of Brendan now aged five.
So yes of course probably after pregnancy she was overweight as her husband
said, and she begun to run.
But in only 4 years of training started from 20 years old is really outstanding how
a woman can run an half marathon in 1h4'52" and 10 k in 29 '43".
The only explanation is that we are in presence of one of the greatest talent
we ve ever seen.
We're not supposed to call them spades no more. Use the term African-American.

But in this case wouldn't they be African-African?
Obvious doper but who cares
I am more interested in hearing Joyciline Jepkosgei opinion on this, rather than the husband that could potentially be an emotionally abusive husband that sets unrealistic expectations of physical appearance for his wife. It's possible that she was in good health and good weight, just never good enough for her husband.
Lol who needs Jared the subway guy when you've got this
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
Des Linden: "The entire sport" has changed since she first started running Boston.
