Now that would take the heat offa the women’s 800.

Hidding evidence is a dirty trick.
This is case is like someone being convicted finding out just before they hanged They’re not guilty but will hanged them anyway.

Edwards was a dead duck from the first instance

Sorry, but why is it easy to understand why they withheld evidence?
England panorama program last night without evidence prosecutors never gave evidence to defence is the same as the Edwards case

Can it be Edwards drug test that is next to be overturned ?

There has to be a way of being able to revisit “closed cases” esp when that organisation that refuses to reopen is being investigated for accepting bribes in doping cases.

Which organisation is being investigated for bribes ?

Did not the Russian doping thing all break out into public when a Russian marathon runner claimed a bribe had been paid to the IAAF to cover up a positive.
And was it the same IAAF that could be trusted to decide if cases could be re opened or not in the Edwards case.
Just looked at the Davis report posted nearly above
How on earth did this not bring the doping lab to its knees and also those organisations supporting the Lab in hiding this devastating series of explosive discoveries.
There is an elephant in the doping control industry room; they lie as well as the athletes.

The Times has ,today, yet another story about hidden evidence and cases collapsing.
The Davis report is based on hidden evidence only acquired after years of using the DPA and the Freedom of Infomation Act.
Yet nothing happens and yet the Times keeps reporting the dropping of cases in the non doping war world.

Given the Kiprop bribe allegations that are just breaking together with the bribes allegations in the Russian case ; could it be that Edwards did not have the dosh.
Anything is possible in the antidope industry.
The fact Kiprop was notified 24 hours ahead of time about his out-of-competition testing that is supposed to be unannounced goes to show that the anti-doping establishment does not always follow their own rules.

The Davis Report , at 4.3, states that the hidden evidence stated that they had difficulty measuring the Epi T due to low concentrations and that without mass spec data it is not possible to determine the T:E ratio.
This was hidden , I repeat HIDDEN; from the hearing.
Remember, Testo positive is a ratio and thus a small variation in the smaller element is what can cause false positives.

Hiding evidence is a great way of getting a conviction that you want .Edwards had just created a lot of fuss and effort and cost by going to Court to challenge them prior to the test he got the life ban for.
Could this be the reason for hiding evidence.
We need to know.

How much public money got spendid on all this hidding evidence?
Anti doping Norway have just said that they want to have doping cases heard by a normal court and not CAS.
They say this would be better understood by the general public and would ensure fair trials.
They could well have had the Edwards case in mind with the conviction going ahead without the defence seeing the hidden evidence.
Evidence, the Davis report says would have cleared him as that the few pages provided to the hearing were invalid.
